The administrative organization of the Metagame is one of the main pillars of its success, because in addition to structuring processes, the support team, which today consists of Taiz Paiva and Telmo Latoski, offers a thorough support to the players.
When Telmo joined Metagame, the team had only 10 players three years ago, and he is responsible for supporting instructors and analysts, organizing the material made available to players, transfers, cash control and Bankroll, rakeback of all sites, split and payment of all players.
“I was already friends with Zinhao when he asked me to work at team, but I was happy with the recognition because they needed someone, they could trust to perform this role, and even Saul, who I didn’t know, trusted me at that moment. Seeing the team growing after all this time is what motivates me to be almost 24 hours available to support the players”, said Telmo.
Taiz has been at Metagame for over a year and a half, and some of his responsibilities are directly linked to the team’s selection process, such as marking interviews with players who have applied and presenting new players with the team’s channels and content. In addition, it is also responsible for the legal part, such as sending/renewing contracts and storing documents.
“Working in the internal part of Metagame and monitoring the operation of the “backstage” is incredible because I see the incessant search of co-founders and administrators for improvements within the company, always valuing a better delivery to players. In addition, I can keep up with the evolution of the players and the growth of the team, and this is very motivating! Being part of team is gratifying!” said Taiz.
Taiz and Telmo also offer this support to Micro Team players and have closely monitored the creation and structuring of this team division. “The opening of Metagame Micro was one of my biggest challenges in this period because I was responsible for helping Max in general in the opening of the micro team. The demand for work increased a lot and I needed to be even more organized and learn and better understand some things that, at that time, I still did not dominate. But I can say that being part of this process was what made me grow most personally and professionally since I came on the team,” Taiz said.
